The Church of St. Therapon is a sacred building in the Gütersloh district of Nordhorn . Until the year 2000 it was owned by the Evangelical Church Community in Gütersloh under the name “Markus-Gemeindehaus”. Then he was bought by the “Greek Orthodox Community of Saint Therapon Gütersloh”, which from 1988 to 1999 had been based in the confirmation house in downtown Gütersloh . They used the newly acquired house until 2016 as a community center for their circle far around 1,900 members (as of 2015) and then converted it into a church that on 1 October 2016 by Vicar Bishop Bartholomew of Arianz consecrated was.

The church can seat up to 300 people. The church interior is furnished with numerous icons and wall paintings.
