Hoàng Xuân Vinh (born October 6, 1974 ) is a Vietnamese marksman .
Vinh has already participated in two Olympic Games , the first time in 2012 . With the air pistol over 10 meters, he narrowly missed qualifying for the finals, while he took fourth place with the pistol over 50 meters. At the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro , he became Olympic champion in air pistol shooting over 10 meters. He won silver with the pistol over 50 meters.
