Hohetann is a hamlet of Rabenüßig , a district of the Frankenblick community in the Sonneberg district in Thuringia .

history
Hohetann was first mentioned in a document on June 26, 1555. The hamlet was created as a clearing settlement and is said to have been mentioned for the first time in 1333 as bi the high fir trees .
