Melchersberg is a hamlet in the Rabenüßig district of the Frankenblick community in the Sonneberg district in Thuringia .

Melchersberg is only a few hundred meters to the west of Rabenausig. It is located in the area sack created by Kreisstraße 11 in hilly terrain and surrounded by orchards . From the hamlet you have a view of the Franconian distance.
history
Melchenberg was first mentioned in a document in 1552. The settlement formed in the late Middle Ages is probably younger than the other districts. They earned their livelihood by working in the woods and picking marl stones and making toys.
