Honda Juno is the name of two types of scooters made by the Japanese manufacturer Honda . 1954–1955 5890 vehicles of the K-series (K, KA, KB) and 1961–1962 the M-series (M80, M85) in 5880 copies were produced. The Juno was never offered in Europe. A single copy is in the German Two-Wheeler and NSU Museum in Neckarsulm.

The Juno K has a fan-cooled single-cylinder four-cycle engine with overhead valves and a three-speed transmission is the engine capacity 189 cc (K) or 220 cm³ (KA and KB), and the maximum power 5.6 kW (7.5 hp) at 4800 min -1 (K ) or 6.7 kW (9.0 hp) at 5500 min -1 (KA and KB). The Juno K has a plastic-clad tubular frame, weighs 160–195 kg (depending on the version) and reaches a top speed of 70 km / h.

The M series of scooters has a wind-cooled two-cylinder four-stroke boxer engine installed along the direction of travel. The frame was welded from sheet steel. The engine of the M80 has a displacement of 125 cm³ and developed a nominal power of 11 HP at 9000 min −1 . The Juno 170 M85 had a displacement of 169 cc and a nominal capacity of 12 horsepower at 7600 min -1 and a torque of 13.1 Nm at 5700 min -1 . Furthermore, the Juno was equipped with two Keihin carburetors, a 12 V battery and a contact-controlled coil ignition.

The Honda Juno is started with an electric starter or pull-wire starter. The engine power was transmitted via a continuously variable Badalini automatic transmission, and an encapsulated roller chain served as the secondary drive . With a tire size of 3.50–10 and a weight (with a full tank) of 157 kg, the Juno accelerates to a top speed of 98 km / h. Selling price of the M85 in 1962 according to the prospectus 169,000 yen (now about 1340 EUR ).
