Hoofdklasse (chess) 1990/91

In the Hoofdklasse 1990/91 the 68th Dutch team championship in chess was played.

The defending champion Volmac Rotterdam won all competitions and thus became the superior Dutch team champion. Eindhovense SV and Baldwin / Bussums Schaakgenootschap were promoted from class 1 . Both newcomers achieved relegation, while the Schaakclub Groningen and Philidor Leiden had to relegate.

Game dates

The competitions were held on September 15, October 6, November 10, December 8, 1990, January 12, February 23, March 23, April 20 and May 11, 1991.
