Hoofdklasse (chess) 1991/92
In the Hoofdklasse 1991/92 , the 69th Dutch team championship in chess was played.
The defending champion Volmac Rotterdam , Hilversums Schaakgenootschap and Conitex / De Variant Breda fought a three-way battle for the title. All three teams achieved one victory and one defeat in a direct comparison and won all other competitions, so that the board points had to decide on the awarding of the title. Here Rotterdam got the upper hand. The second team from Volmac Rotterdam and Watergraafsmeer had moved up from class 1. While Rotterdam's second team reached relegation, Watergraafsmeer had to relegate together with Baldwin / Bussums Schaakgenootschap .

The competitions were held on September 21, October 12, November 16, December 7, 1991, February 1 and 22, March 14, April 4 and May 2, 1992.
