Horst Heinschke

Horst Heinschke (born February 8, 1928 in Küstrin ; † January 19, 2014 in Berlin ) was a German politician ( CDU ).

Horst Heinschke attended grammar school , but was drafted by the Wehrmacht before graduating from high school and was then taken prisoner of war . In 1947 he passed the Abitur and studied German , history , theater studies and philosophy . After the state examination , Heinschke was in the school service from 1956, most recently as a senior teacher . In 1952 he joined the CDU. In the Berlin election in 1958 , he was elected to the District Assembly (BVV) in the Charlottenburg district. In the 1967 election he was elected to the Berlin House of Representatives. In July 1971, Heinschke was elected by the BVV Charlottenburg to the district councilor for social affairs, which he held until 1981. Since Hans-Peter Patt left the House of Representatives, Heinschke moved again in September 1987 to the House of Representatives.
