Horst Rehberg
Horst Rehberg (born September 25, 1937 in Schwerin ; † May 17, 2018 there ) was a German theater and film actor .
Life
Horst Rehberg began his career at the Schwerin State Theater at the age of 11 and from 1957 he attended the State Drama School in Berlin . He became known nationwide primarily for his role in the German feature film Wolke 9 (2008) by Andreas Dresen , in which he portrays an older man (Werner) whose wife, who is also no longer young, leaves him because of an even older man.
Rehberg played for a long time at the Schwerin State Theater, most recently in 2005 in the role of King Lear by Shakespeare . He last lived again in his birthplace Schwerin, where he died in May 2018 at the age of 80.
