IC 2327 is a spiral galaxy of Hubble type Sa in the constellation Hydra south of the ecliptic . It is estimated to be 114 million light years away from the Milky Way and has a diameter of about 45,000 ly.
In the same area of the sky is the galaxy IC 503 .
The object was discovered by Stéphane Javelle on February 15, 1898 .
