IC 4099 is an elliptical galaxy of Hubble type E0 in the constellation Coma Berenices the northern sky , an estimated 995 million light-years from the Milky Way 's center.
In the same area of the sky are u. a. the galaxies IC 3958 , IC 4076 , IC 4096 , IC 4154 .
The object was discovered by Max Wolf on January 27, 1904 .
