IC 4106 is a lenticular galaxy of the Hubble type SB0 / a in the constellation Coma Berenices in the northern sky . It is estimated to be 335 million light years from the Milky Way and about 90,000 light years in diameter. The galaxy is considered a member of the Coma galaxy cluster Abell 1656 .
In the same region of the sky there are u. a. the galaxies NGC 4929 , NGC 4931 , NGC 4934 , IC 4111 .

The object was discovered by Guillaume Bigourdan on April 29, 1891 .
