IC 4123 is a bar-spiral galaxy of the Hubble-type SBbc? in the constellation Hounds in the northern sky , which is an estimated 595 million light years from the Milky Way .
In the same region of the sky there is u. a. the galaxy IC 4118 .

The object was discovered by Max Wolf on March 21, 1903 .
