IC 4100 is a spiral galaxy of Hubble type Sc in the constellation Canes Venatici on the northern sky . It is an estimated 368 million light years from the Milky Way and about 150,000 light years in diameter.
In the same area of the sky are u. a. the galaxies IC 4135 , IC 4060 , IC 4114 , IC 4135.
The object was discovered by Max Wolf on March 21, 1903 .
