IC 4154 is an elliptical galaxy of the Hubble type E0 in the constellation Coma Berenices in the northern sky . It is estimated to be 421 million light years away from the Milky Way and has a diameter of about 40,000 ly.
In the same area of the sky are the galaxies IC 846 , IC 4076 , IC 4099 , IC 4160 .
The object was discovered by Max Wolf on January 27, 1904 .
