IC 4149 is a bar-spiral galaxy with an active nucleus of the Hubble type SBbc? in the constellation Coma Berenices in the northern sky . It is estimated to be 320 million light years from the Milky Way and about 80,000 light years in diameter.
The object was discovered by Max Wolf on January 27, 1904 .
