IC 4168 is a spiral galaxy of Hubble type S in the constellation Canes Venatici the northern sky . It is estimated to be 367 million light-years away from the Milky Way and has a diameter of about 65,000 ly.
In the same area of ​​the sky there are u. a. the galaxy IC 4165 .

The object was discovered by Max Wolf on March 21, 1903 .
