The list of ISO-3166-2 codes for Palau contains the codes for the 16 states of Palau.

The codes consist of two parts separated by a hyphen. The first part gives the country code according to ISO 3166-1 (for Palau PW), the second the code for the state.

The uninhabited Chelbacheb Islands ( Rock Islands ), which do not belong to any of the states, do not have an ISO 3166-2 code.
