At the ITA Division I National Team Indoor Championships in 2013, the indoor team champions in US college tennis were determined for the 39th time . The men's tournament was held from February 15th to 18th in Seattle , Washington . The University of Washington acted as host . In the final, Virginia won 4-2 against USC .

15 teams qualified for the tournament via the ITA Division I Kick-Off Weekend 2013 from January 25th to 28th, 2013. The 16th place on the grid automatically went to the hosting team from the University of Washington.
