Ilie Rădulescu (born October 8, 1925 in Fântâna Domnească , Prunişor , Mehedinți district ) a Romanian politician of the Romanian Communist Party PMR (Partidul Muncitoresc Român) and from 1965 PCR (Partidul Comunist Român) , who was a member of the Secretariat between 1979 and 1981 of the Central Committee (ZK) of the PCR.

Locksmith, trade unionist and party official

Rădulescu attended after elementary school between 1940 and 1944 the school of the state railway company CFR ( Căile Ferate Române ) , where he completed a professional training as a locksmith . Thereupon he was from November 1947 to March 1949 first organizational secretary of the basic organization in a battery of the 10th artillery regiment of the 1st Romanian volunteer infantry division "Tudor Vladimirescu" and from March to October 1949 instructor for youth work in the 2nd engineer regiment as well as a member in the organization office of the basic organization of the Tudor Vladimirescu division , before he worked again between October 1949 and March 1950 as a locksmith and technician in the CFR railway depot in Orșova.

After attending a party school for six months from March to September 1950, Rădulescu became an instructor in the department for propaganda and agitation and then between November 1950 and September 1951 head of the press department of the PMR in Caraş-Severin County . On August 12, 1969 Rădulescu became a member of the Central Committee of the PCR, to which he belonged until November 28, 1974 and served from 1969 to July 15, 1971 as head of the Central Committee's department for propaganda. In 1969 he became a member of the Grand National Assembly (Marea Adunare Națională) for the first time , where he represented constituency No. 14 Periș until 1975 .
