This constantly expanding branch of the publishing house is of course enjoying the special popularity of our group of opinions and assures them of our great gratitude. With just as much firmness as her cleverness, the jubilarian led the publisher's ship through the shallows and storms of a hopefully soon to end epoch in which special laws, prosecutors and courts decide on alleged truths and 'judicial facts' with criminal judgments.
