Ilse Hülper (born August 27, 1915 in Berlin-Charlottenburg , † after 1967) was a German actress , opera and operetta singer ( soprano ).

Life

Ilse Hülper received vocal training at the Academy of Music in Berlin . Then she attended the drama school of the State Theater in Oldenburg . She gained her first stage experience in 1938, also at the State Theater in Oldenburg, as a singer in the choir. In the years 1939-1942, a closed commitment now as a soloist at the theater in Cottbus on. This was followed by positions at the Stadttheater in Fürth and, from 1945, at various stages in Berlin ( Hebbel Theater , Metropol Theater , Theater am Nollendorfplatz and Städtische Oper ). Her repertoire encompassed the entire classical and modern operetta subject. She appeared in Franz Lehár's Paganini , Jacques Offenbach's Parisian Life , Die Dubarry by Carl Millöcker and Theo Mackeben and Wiener Blut by Johann Strauss (son) . In 1967 she ended her stage career.

She also acted in two film productions . In the feature film The Girl Christine of Arthur Maria Rabenalt she played in 1949 in addition to Wolfgang Lukschy , Tilly Lauenstein and Gerhard Frick Höffer the figure of Lady Winterton and 1954 she was directed by George A. Profe in the musical film Anything for you, my love to see .

Ilse Hülper was married to the actor, director and film producer Georg A. Profé (1908–1977).
