Indiana Rose Evans (born July 27, 1990 in Sydney , New South Wales ) is an Australian actress and singer .

Career

In 2003 she got a guest role in an episode of All Saints . In the same year she got the role of "Abby Oakly" in the children's series Snobs , which was broadcast in Germany on KiKA . From January 2004 to July 2008 she played "Matilda Hunter" in the well-known Australian series Home and Away .

In 2005 she was nominated for the Logie Award as Most Popular New Talent - Female for her role as Matilda. In 2008 she played China Williams in the Australian drama series The Strip with her Home and Away co-star Bob Morley .

From 2009 to 2010 she played the role of "Bella" in the third season of the Australian youth series H 2 O - Suddenly Mermaid , which was broadcast on KiKA from May 2010 and in which she also sings the theme song No Ordinary Girl .

In 2012 she was to be seen as "Emmaline Robinson" in Blue Lagoon: Lifelessly in love .

In the ABC drama series Secrets and Lies , Evans plays the leading role of "Natalie Crawford" in the first season.

Private

Indiana Evans has an older sister, Alexis, and a younger brother, Maximilian.
