Inge Steiner
Inge Steiner (born April 28, 1970 as Inge Posmyk in Biberach an der Riss ) is a German television presenter , author and operator of an online nutrition and fitness program. Since March 2015 she has been moderating the knowledge magazine Welt der Wunder on N24 . Before that, she was a news anchor for N24 and Kabel Eins .
Youth and private life
After graduating from the Pestalozzi-Gymnasium Biberach in 1989 , she lived in Florida for a year and then began studying languages, economics and culture at the University of Passau . She spent a few semesters abroad in Malaga and Hawaii before graduating in 1997 with a degree in cultural studies.
Since 2010 she has been married to weightlifter Matthias Steiner , with whom she has been in a relationship since December 2008. A son was born in March 2010. A second son was born in Heidelberg in February 2013 .
Career
Steiner began her television career in 1998 with RTL in Hamburg . There she initially worked as a moderator , editor and head of duty . After completing a seminar for television moderators and presenters in 1999, she switched to Sat.1 in 2001 , where she a. a. the regional magazine moderated live at 5:30 p.m. She also presented the lifestyle real estate magazine Bellevue.tv for the news channel N24 .
In the following years she took on moderation and editing work for various programs on Sat.1 and N24, including a. 4seasons - The Globetrotter Magazine , N24 Early Report and N24 World of Technology at N24 and Weck Up on Sat.1. From 2003 to May 2005 she was a newscaster for the news of the Bundeswehr internal Bundeswehr TV . Her work there earned her an award at the World Media Festival in Hamburg in 2004 . From May 2005 she took a job as a newscaster for the various programs of the N24 Nachrichten . From September 2007 she also presented the afternoon format kabel eins news at kabel eins .
After her marriage to Matthias Steiner, she stopped working as a news anchor and founded an agency with her husband through which the two can be booked for moderation and motivational lectures. They also run an online fitness and nutrition program and write books.
