Ingmar Lazar

Ingmar Lazar (born June 22, 1993 in Saint-Cloud , France ) is a French pianist.

Life

Lazar received his first piano lessons at the age of five. His extraordinary talent was soon recognized. At the age of six he made his first appearance on the concert stage of the famous Salle Gaveau in Paris . At the age of ten he won first prize at the EPTA International Piano Competition in Namur ( Belgium ), and in 2008 the International Music Competition in Val-d'Isère (France).

Ingmar Lazar has given concerts in Germany , France, Israel , Italy , Lithuania , Romania , Russia , Slovenia and the United States , including in the International House of Music and in the great hall of the Tchaikovsky Conservatory in Moscow , in the Mann Auditorium in Tel Aviv , in the Henry Crown Auditorium in Jerusalem , in the Salle Cortot and in the great hall of UNESCO in Paris , in the Philharmonie of Ljubljana ... and also in many festivals ( Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania Festival, Dinard International Festival , “Les Notes blanches” festival in Courchevel , Festival "Randonnées Musicales en Gâtinais", International Festival of Chioggia , Festival "Estate Regina" in Montecatini Terme , Festival "Pianomaster" in Gravedona ).

As a soloist he played with the Symphony Orchestra of the Chioggia Festival, the Toruń Symphony Orchestra , the Bucharest Radio Chamber Orchestra , the Lamoureux Orchestra, the "Moscow Virtuosi" under the direction of Vladimir Spivakov .

His discography includes two CDs with the violinist Alexandre Brussilovsky for the Suoni e Colori label. Ingmar Lazar has participated in television recordings (for Mezzo , TF1 , M6 and Téva) and played live on French radio ( Europe 1 ) on the occasion of the Mozart Year ( 2006 ).

Ingmar Lazar studied piano with Valery Sigalevitch and Wladimir Krainew as well as music theory and harmony with Françoise Levéchin-Gangloff . He is currently studying at the Hanover University of Music, Drama and Media in the class of Bernd Goetzke and at the International Piano Academy on Lake Como with Dmitri Baschkirow , Malcolm Bilson , Fou Ts'ong , Peter Frankl , Stanislav Ioudenitch , Vladimir Mischouk and William Grant Naboré .
