Inna Tutukina (born January 24, 1986 in Schowti Vody as Inna Zyhanok , Ukrainian Інна Циганок , Russian Инна Цыганок , internationally common legend Inna Tsyganok ) is a Ukrainian and Russian triathlete , Ukrainian national champion of the year 2009 and a member of the Ukrainian national team.
Career
In the nine years from 2002 to 2010 Zyhanok took part in 43 ITU competitions and achieved top ten places twelve times.
In 2011 Zyhanok did not appear in the ITU rankings as a citizen, instead its status was indicated as “ITU”. The Ukrainian Triathlon Association continues to name Zyhanok among the elite members of the national team, but Zyhanok also took part in the Russian state championship in Penza (May 27, 2011) and came third. Until July 2011 Zyhanok competed internationally under the designation “representing ITU”, which is not provided for in the ITU regulations, and since then it has been competing for Russia.
French Club Championship 2009
In 2009 Zyhanok joined the French club Stade Poitevin Triathlon as an elite reinforcement in two competitions of the French team championship series Lyonnaise des Eaux . At the Lyonnaise-des-Eaux final event in La Baule, Zyhanok was the best of her sponsoring club Stade Poitevin Triathlon with her 28th place .
In 2010 Zyhanok took part in three of the five club championship races. In Beauvais (June 13th 2010) she was 19th, in Tourangeaux (August 29th 2010) 19th and in La Baule (Triathlon Audencia, September 18th 2010) she was always best or second best in her club. In Dunkirk and Paris, Stade Poitevin Triathlon replaced Zyhanok with Natalja Sergejewna Schljachtenko , as Zyhanok took part in the Ukrainian National Championship.
In 2011, Zyhanok reached 20th place in Nice (April 24, 2011), the opening triathlon of this season, and was best in her club. In Dunkirk (May 22, 2011) Zyhanok finished 16th and was second best in her club behind Felicity Sheedy-Ryan .
Middle distance triathlon since 2016
In 2016 she married the Russian triathlete Ivan Tutukin (* 1986), with whom she had been in a relationship since 2005, and has since started as Inna Tutukina . In June 2016 she became Russian Vice State Champion in the middle distance and in July 2017 in Bronnizy she again achieved second place.
In October 2018, the then 32-year-old won her first Ironman 70.3 race in the middle distance with the Ironman 70.3 Turkey in Belek . In November 2019 Inna Tutukina was able to successfully defend this title.
