Innegrit Volkhardt

Innegrit Volkhardt (born August 14, 1965 ) is a German hotel clerk . Since 1994 she has been managing partner of the Hotel Bayerischer Hof in Munich , the Hotel zur Tenne in Kitzbühel and the winery Gebrüder Volkhardt .

Career

Volkhardt was born as the daughter of the Volkhardt hotelier family. Two years after graduating from Munich International School in 1983. I. 1985 she completed her training as a hotel clerk . She then completed a six-month internship at Feinkost Käfer . Then she moved to the Hotel Intercontinental in Hamburg , where she did an internship. In 1989, she obtained the title of hotel business administrator at the hotel management school in Heidelberg . In 1989 she returned to Munich and began studying business administration at the Munich University of Applied Sciences , which she graduated with a diploma in 1992.

In 1989 she joined the management of the Bayerischer Hof alongside her father Falk Volkhardt . She has been running the business since 1992, when her father had to stay away from the hotel due to a serious illness.

In addition to her entrepreneurial activity, Volkhardt remained connected to the Munich University of Applied Sciences. In 2002 she received the State Medal for Special Services to the Bavarian Economy from the Bavarian State Government , as well as the Bavarian Order of Merit in 2007. In 2004 she was also the first woman to be appointed to the University Council of the FH.
