The 26th International Women's Tour of Thuringia took place from July 15 to 21, 2013 in the south and east of Thuringia . Seven stages led in round courses around the cities of Schleusingen , Hermsdorf , Schleiz , Gera , Altenburg , Schmölln and Zeulenroda-Triebes .

The overall winner of the tour was Emma Johansson from Sweden , who consistently led the overall standings from the first to the last stage. Johansson had already won the International Tour of Thuringia in 2011.
