Iommi is a heavy metal album by Black Sabbath guitarist Tony Iommi . It was released by Divine Recordings on October 17, 2000. In addition to Tony Iommi, Bob Marlette himself served as the producer. In contrast to Iommi's two other solo albums, numerous guest singers and musicians are involved on Iommi .
The songwriting of the album took nearly five years to complete. All songs were written by Tony Iommi, producer Bob Marlette (except Black Oblivion ) and the respective singers.

The song Goodbye Lament was the only one released as a single. It reached number ten on US Mainstream Rock Tracks and number 129 on the Billboard 200.
