Ivan Stevanović (born May 18, 1982 in Rijeka , SR Croatia , SFR Yugoslavia ) is a Croatian handball player who plays for the Polish club Wisła Płock .

Career

Ivan Stevanovic played in his home town in Zamet Rijeka, with whom he in the seasons 2000/01 and 2001/02 at the UEFA Cup Winners' Cup and 2002/03 at the EHF Cup participated. Later, the 1.93 meter tall goalkeeper at RK Poreč stood between the posts. In 2012 he moved to RK Zagreb , with whom he won the championship and the cup in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016. With Zagreb, Stevanović took part in the EHF Champions League 2012/13 , 2013/14 and 2014/15 . In February 2015, he signed a contract with the German Bundesliga club SG BBM Bietigheim , valid from the 2015/16 season , which was dissolved before the start at Stevanović's request. From summer 2017 he ran for the Swiss club Kadetten Schaffhausen . With Schaffhausen he won the Swiss championship in 2019. He then moved to the Polish first division club Wisła Płock .
