Jaime Robb (born November 23, 1984 in Hay River ) is a retired Canadian biathlete .

Jaime Robb lives in Edmonton and trains in Canmore . He starts for the Edmonton Nordic Ski Club and is trained by Roger Archambault. He started biathlon in 1995 and has been a member of the Canadian national team since 2002. In the same year he took part in a junior world championship for the first time in Ridnaun and took places in the 30th category. Things went better in Kościelisko the following year, when he finished in the top 25 in all races. The best result was 12th place in the pursuit. In Haute-Maurienne he could not repeat the good results, the Junior World Championships 2005 in Kontiolahti went better again . In the individual, he finished 24th, in the sprint Robb was only 32nd, but improved in the pursuit race to 9th. With the relay of Canada he won together with Patrick Côté , Nathan Smith and Jean-Philippe Leguellec behind the teams from Germany and France surprisingly the bronze medal. In the European Junior Cup, a tenth place in a sprint in Obertilliach in 2004 was the best result.

Robb has been competing in the senior sector since 2005. He competed in his first races as part of the Biathlon European Cup in Langdorf , where he was 36th in the sprint and 30th in the pursuit. At the start of the 2005/06 season Robb made his debut in a relay race (16th) in Östersund in the Biathlon World Cup . He contested his first individual race in a sprint at the next World Cup station in Hochfilzen . He finished in 94th place and in the following years also initially achieved placements in the 90s. It was not until 2007 that the Canadian was able to improve significantly in a sprint in Pokljuka, finishing 43rd. It is his best result in the World Cup so far, with which he was able to qualify for the Biathlon World Championships 2007 in Antholz . There Robb reached 74th place in the singles, 53rd in the sprint, 55th in the pursuit and 14th in the season. In that year he was also Canadian Biathlete of the Year . At the North American Roller Ski Biathlon Championships in Canmore in 2008 , Robb was among the top ten in all three races. He has been Canadian champion eight times so far.
