Jakobrettenbach is a district of the city of Dorfen in the Upper Bavarian district of Erding . The hamlet is about four kilometers north of Dorfen and can be reached via Kreisstraße 13 .

Until the Bavarian community reform in 1972, Eibach was an independent community with Jakobrettenbach and other districts.
