The hamlet of Mehlmühle in the Hausmehring district is part of the town of Dorfen in the Upper Bavarian district of Erding . It consists of three houses, a water mill and some outbuildings.
location
Mehlmühle is located on the Isen about two kilometers downstream east of Dorfen. This is where the municipal road crosses the river between Hampersdorf in the north and Moosen Monastery in the south.
history
The first documentary mention is said to come from the year 1132. The mill is said to have been burned in 1632 during the Thirty Years' War . Until its dissolution, the place belonged to the community Hausmehring, which was incorporated into Dorfen on January 1, 1972. In the 1987 census there were three residential buildings with five apartments and eleven residents in the village.
