James Edward Léa Siliki (born June 12, 1996 in Sarcelles ) is a French football player of Cameroonian descent who has been under contract with the first division club Stade Rennes since summer 2014 . The midfielder played three times for the French U19 national team .
Career
society
Léa Siliki is of Cameroonian descent and started playing football for local club RC Gonesse in 2002 before joining the Paris Saint-Germain youth team when he was eight . At the age of 15 he moved on to the youth department of EA Guingamp . In the 2013/14 season he also came to three missions in the reserve team of the Guingampais . In the summer of 2014 he moved to Stade Rennes , where he played predominantly in the B team for three years and made a total of 51 league appearances in which he scored eleven goals. On June 5, 2016, he signed his first professional assignment at Rennes. He made his first-team debut on January 28, 2017 in a 1-1 draw against FC Nantes when he came on for Aldo Kalulu in the 78th minute . On January 17, 2018, he met for the first time for the first team in the 2-1 away win against OSC Lille . On April 27, 2019, he and his club won the Coupe de France 2018/19 with a final victory against his former training club Paris Saint-Germain. In the 8: 7 win on penalties, Léa Siliki converted his attempt.
