Aldo Kalulu Kyatengwa (born January 21, 1996 in Lyon ) is a French football player . The striker is under contract with FC Basel in the Swiss Super League .

Career

society

Kalulu began his career in 2003 in his hometown at CO St Fons . In 2004 he moved to the youth team at Olympique Lyon . In 2015 he moved up to the professional squad and made his Ligue 1 debut in the 0-0 draw against OSC Lille on September 12, 2015 when he was substituted on for Jordan Ferri . On September 23, 2015, he scored his first professional goal in a 2-0 win against SC Bastia , making it 1-0 for Lyon. At the end of the 2015/16 season , he finished 2nd in the table with Olympique Lyon and thus qualified directly for the UEFA Champions League .

On June 26, 2018, FC Basel announced Kalulus' commitment to the new 2018/19 season . He signed a three-year contract until summer 2021. He made his debut on matchday 1 on July 21, 2018 at the home game against FC St. Gallen (1: 2).

National team

On October 9, 2013, he made his debut in the France U-18 national team in a 2-2 draw against the U-18 national team of the USA, where he came on with seven minutes remaining.
