James McCaffrey

James McCaffrey (born 1960 in Belfast , Northern Ireland ) is an American actor of Irish descent .

Life

James McCaffrey made his first television appearance in the movie After Us the Deluge . He then starred in four episodes of the television series Civil Wars . In 1994 the pilot for the television series Viper was shot. He then played the lead role of Joe Astors for 12 episodes. From 1996 to 1999 he took up the role again.

McCaffrey played leading and supporting roles in the television series Criminal Intent , Sex and the City , Rescue Me and Beautiful People .

He also spoke to the computer game hero Max Payne in the game series of the same name, Edward Carnby , the heroes in Alone in the Dark (2008), the fifth part of the Alone-in-the-Dark series, and Zachariah Trench from the 2019 video game Control .
