Jamie Bamber (* 3. April 1973 in Hammersmith , London as Jamie St John Bamber Griffith ) is an English actor .

Life

Born in England to an American and a Northern Irishwoman, he moved to Paris early on. At the age of seven he moved back to Great Britain with his parents and six siblings . His only sister Anastasia Griffith is also known as an actress.

He spent the first year of his studies in French and Italian literature in Italy. After graduating, he decided to go into professional acting and studied at LAMDA (The London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art). He received a 1st Class MA Honors in Modern Languages ​​from Cambridge University, England.
