reception

“Much that gives flair to other hospital series - melancholy-dramatic background music, long, silent glances at the patients and hectic excitement in the hallways - the series Monday Mornings leaves out. It builds its atmosphere on the gloom and the haunted yet still portrayed suffering of the characters. Despite this extensive focus on professional life, most doctors timidly develop into multi-dimensional characters in the pilot episode, with whom it is worthwhile to suffer and tremble. "
