Jan Hinter

Jan Hinter (* 1952 in Marburg ) is a German screenwriter , film producer and actor . He was mainly involved in the Tatort television series .

Life

Hinter studied theater and romance studies in Munich . First he was recording and production manager , later he worked as a producer at Bavaria Film in Munich, until he moved to Colonia Media in Cologne in 1994 .

Hinter has been working as a screenwriter since 1985. He received the Adolf Grimme Prize for Der Fahnder and the Moltke crime scene episode . He and his colleague Stefan Cantz wrote the first episode of the Tatort team in Münster, The Dark Spot . Both were nominated for a Grimme Prize.
