Jannik Pohl (born April 6, 1996 in Hjørring ) is a Danish football player . He has been under contract with FC Groningen in the Netherlands since 2018 and is also a young Danish national player.

Career

society

Jannik Pohl had played for Hjørring IF and GVL Løkken in his childhood before he switched to the youth academy of the partner club Aalborg BK . On April 1, 2016, he made his professional debut in a 1-0 home win on the 23rd match day of the 2015/16 Superliga season against FC Nordsjælland . In his first season he came to seven missions (one goal) and finished fifth with Aalborg BK. In the 2016/17 season , Pohl managed to stay up with the team. A season later, Pohl finished fifth with Aalborg BK both in the regular season and in the championship round.

At the end of August 2018, Jannik Pohl moved to the Netherlands for FC Groningen and signed a three-year contract.

National team

Pohl came to three missions for the Danish U-16 national team , five for the U-17 , two for the U-18 national team , 15 for the U-19 and four for the U-20. On August 31, 2017, he played for the Danish U-21 national team for the first time in the 3-0 victory in the European Championship qualifier in Torshavn against the Faroe Islands .
