The 2003/04 season was the 38th and final season of the Japan Ice Hockey League , the highest Japanese ice hockey division . The Kokudo Ice Hockey Club became champions for the 13th time in the club's history .
mode
The regular season was divided into two phases, in which the four teams played 12 games each. These were then added up to determine the master. Each team received two points for a win after regular playing time or overtime, 1.5 points for a win after shootout, one point for a defeat after overtime or shootout and zero points for a defeat after normal playing time.
