The 1985/86 season was the 20th season of the Japan Ice Hockey League , the highest Japanese ice hockey division . The Kokudo Ice Hockey Club became champions for the third time in the club's history . Top scorer with 43 points was Yoshio Hoshino from Master Kokudo.
