Jason Elam (* 8. March 1970 in Fort Walton Beach , Florida ) is a former American American football poker players. He played in the position of kicker for the Atlanta Falcons and the Denver Broncos in the NFL .

Elam played in college for the University of Hawaii at Manoa and was selected by the Denver Broncos in the third round of the 1993 draft as the 70th player of the year in the NFL Draft . Since then, Elam has remained loyal to the Broncos and has become one of the best and most consistent kickers in the NFL. Only four players have scored more points than Elam in their careers.
