Jingzhou (Huaihua)
The Autonomous District Jingzhou Miao and Dong ( Chinese 靖州苗族侗族自治县 , Pinyin Jingzhou Miáozú Dòngzú Zizhixian ) is an autonomous county of the Miao and Dong in the south-central province of Hunan of PRC . It belongs to the administrative area of the prefecture-level city of Huaihua (怀化 市). Jingzhou County covers an area of 2,211 km² and has a population of 260,000. Its main town is the large community of Quyang (渠 阳镇).
