Johann Georg von Loeper

Johann Georg Friedrich Bernhard von Loeper (born July 22, 1819 in Wedderwill , Pomerania , † June 13, 1900 in Stettin ) was a German administrative officer, manor owner and member of parliament.

Life

origin

His parents were Johann Ludwig von Loeper (* November 8, 1786; † January 4, 1850) and his wife Ernestine Johanne Karoline von der Osten (* December 15, 1789; † June 28, 1868). His father was general councilor and heir to Wedderwill, Strahmel and Zachow.

Career

Johann Georg von Loeper studied 1837-1840 jurisprudence at the Friedrich-Wilhelms University in Berlin , where he a member of the Corps Neoborussia Berlin was. After graduating, he entered the judicial service. From 1847 to 1850 he was a higher regional court assessor. He then resigned from the service. He was the owner of the Loepersdorf estate near Labes , district councilor and district deputy.

From 1864 to 1872 Loeper was District Administrator of the Regenwalde district . From 1873 to 1876 he was a member of the Prussian House of Representatives for the constituency of Stettin 5 (Naugard, Regenwalde) in the 12th legislative period . He was re-elected to the 13th legislative period beginning in 1877, but left parliament early on December 1, 1877. From 1877 to 1884 he was again District Administrator of the Regenwalde district.

family

He married on June 7, 1848 Philippine Johanna Helene von Eisenhart-Rothe (* June 28, 1826 - January 6, 1896), a daughter of General Friedrich von Eisenhart-Rothe . The couple had several children:
