Johann Peter Engeroff

Johann Peter Engeroff (born November 25, 1765 in Groß-Gerau ; † December 31, 1828 there ) was a Hessian innkeeper and politician and member of the 2nd Chamber of the Estates of the Grand Duchy of Hesse .

Johann Peter Engeroff was the son of the innkeeper and postman Philipp Daniel Engeroff and his wife Anna Margarethe, née Ruckelshausen. Engeroff, who was a Protestant, was an innkeeper and, from 1812, a postman “Zum Haus Darmstadt” in Groß-Gerau and married Anna Margarethe, née Ruckelshausen (1770–1824).

From 1820 to 1824 he was a member of the Second Chamber of the Estates. He was elected for the constituency Starkenburg 2 / Groß-Gerau (I) .
