Between 2009 and 2013 George played and studied at Bemidji State University in the US state of Minnesota . In his two years in Norway, George showed his goal instinct and came in a total of 95 games on 43 goals and 59 assists.

He then moved to Denmark, where he was runner-up with Herning Blue Fox in the 2015/16 season and was responsible for 32 goals (plus 26 assists) in 58 appearances. In addition, George was runner-up in the IIHF Continental Cup with Herning .

At the end of April 2016 he was signed by the Fischtown Pinguins , who at the time still expected to play in the DEL2 , but then received a license for the German Ice Hockey League (DEL) at the end of June . He moved into the DEL championship round with Bremerhaven in 2017 and 2018, and left the team after the end of the 2017/18 season.

In mid-April 2018 he was presented as a new commitment at Bremerhaven's DEL competitor ERC Ingolstadt , but left the club in August 2018 and switched to the DEL2 to the Lausitzer Füchsen .
