Joris Voorn
Joris Voorn (born February 25, 1977 in Moergestel ) is a Dutch DJ , music producer and remixer from Schiedam, mainly in the fields of Tech House and Detroit Techno . He produces under his real name and aliases such as Dark Science and Third Nation .
Life
In 2002 his first Maxis Muted Trax pt.1 and pt.2 appeared . In 2003 Lost Memories Pt. 1 on Technasia's label Sino . In 2004 Voorn made the breakthrough with his album Future History . In 2005 he founded the Green label together with Edwin Oosterwal , on which two of his albums have been released in addition to productions by artists such as Sebastian Mullaert . In the same year his first mix compilation was released under the name Fuse , a well-known techno club in Belgium: Fuse presents Joris Voorn . His track The Deep appeared on Sven Väth's mix-compilation The Sound Of The Eighth Season . The mix-compilation Balance014 , which contains samples from a total of 102 tracks, was voted 4th in Resident Advisors RA Poll: Top 20 compilations of 2009 . He also reached number 10 in the RA Poll: Top DJs of 2009 . In addition, he produced numerous remixes for various artists and record companies.
