Jose Romeo Juanito Orquejo Lazo (born January 23, 1949 in San Jose , Antique , Philippines ) is a Filipino clergyman and Roman Catholic Archbishop of Jaro .

Life

Jose Romeo Lazo Orquejo received on April 1, 1975, the sacrament of Holy Orders .

On 15 November 2003 appointed him Pope John Paul II. To the Bishop of Kalibo . The Apostolic Nuncio in the Philippines, Archbishop Antonio Franco , donated him episcopal ordination on December 29 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the Archbishop of Jaro , Angel Lagdameo , and the Bishop of Kidapawan , Romulo Tolentino de la Cruz . The inauguration took place on January 8, 2004. On July 21, 2009 Pope Benedict XVI appointed him . to the Bishop of San Jose de Antique .

On February 14, 2018, Pope Francis appointed him Archbishop of Jaro.
