Jose Corazon Tumbagahan Tala-oc (born June 16, 1950 in Tagas , Albay , Philippines ) is Bishop of Kalibo .
Life
Jose Corazon Tumbagahan Tala-oc received on 9 April 1979, the sacrament of Holy Orders .
On June 11, 2003, Pope John Paul II appointed him Bishop of Romblon . The Archbishop of Manila , Jaime Lachica Cardinal Sin , donated him episcopal ordination on July 30th of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the Archbishop of Capiz , Onesimo Cadiz Gordoncillo , and the Bishop of Antipolo , Gabriel Villaruz Reyes . On May 25, 2011 Pope Benedict XVI appointed him . to the bishop of Kalibo.
